Who writes the pages and articles on this site, how the medical content is reviewed, which sources we use and how we keep it up to date.
Who writes
How our content is written
The pages and articles on this website are written by the BlueMagic Group Clinic editorial team, for people who are considering a hair transplant or another hair restoration treatment.
They inform; they do not replace a medical consultation. What applies to you is your own written plan, prepared by the medical team after they have seen your photos and your medical history.
Medical review
How medical content is reviewed
The medical content of our treatment and technique pages, the prices and results pages, the FAQ, the patient guides and the blog articles is reviewed by Dr Recep Kenan U., physician and lead of our medical team in Istanbul.
Each reviewed page shows his name and the date of the last medical review, with a link to his profile. That date changes only when the page has really been reviewed again, not when we correct a typing error or change the layout.
- 1Written The editorial team writes or updates the page in plain language.
- 2Checked against the facts Every figure (prices, what is included, nights, aftercare, team details) is checked against the clinic’s facts sheet, where each one is kept with its source and date.
- 3Medically reviewed The physician reviews what the page says about treatments, recovery and risks.
- 4Published with the date The page goes live with the reviewer’s name and the review date.
- 5Reviewed again When a fact or a medical recommendation changes, the page is corrected and reviewed again.
Sources
The sources we use
- Clinic facts (prices, packages, what is included, your stay, aftercare) come from one facts sheet kept by the clinic, with the source and the date of every figure.
- Medical team details are the clinic’s own records: titles and years of experience as the clinic publishes them. Procedure counts are each person’s career total across all the clinics they have worked in, never added together.
- Before and after photos are real BlueMagic Group Clinic patients, published with consent. Grafts, technique, sessions and months are shown only where they were recorded.
- Financing rates come from each provider’s own published pages, with the date we checked them.
- Review scores are the ones Trustpilot shows, with a link to the source.
- Where a page cites outside research or guidance, the source is named on the page.
What we do not do
What we will not publish
- Results that were not recorded, or a photo of one patient presented as another.
- Retouched patient photos. Photos are cropped and colour-balanced only; faces and hair are never retouched.
- Accreditations, awards or media features without the evidence on file.
- Promises of a result. Individual results vary with your donor area, hair type and aftercare.
Corrections
Something wrong or out of date?
Write to info@bluemagiclinic.com. We check it with the medical team and correct the page.
