What is an eyebrow transplant?

An eyebrow transplant moves individual hair follicles, not only hairs, from your scalp to the brow area. Because the follicle moves too, new brow hair grows from it once the area has healed.

Brow hair grows almost flat to the skin and in changing directions. Each graft is therefore placed with the DHI Choi pen, with close control over depth, angle and direction.

The shape is drawn on your face and agreed with you in front of the mirror before anything begins.

You are awake, comfortable and can take breaks. The length of the day depends on the number of grafts in your plan.

How your new brows grow

The first days need care. After that, the brows grow in gradually.

Day 1 Grafts in place Small crusts form around each graft. Slight redness is normal.
Days 1–8 Hands off, no washing Do not touch the brows and do not wash them for the first 8 days.
After day 8 Gentle washing Mild washing with the products your team gives you is allowed.
First weeks Normal Shedding Some transplanted hairs fall out. The follicles stay in place and regrow.
Months 3–6 New growth New brow hairs appear and the shape fills in.
Month 12 Your result The brows are fully grown. Trim them like any other hair.

Risks, honestly

No medical procedure is free of risk. Possible effects include temporary redness, swelling, numbness, itching and inflamed hair follicles, and rarely infection or lower graft survival. Smoking and some medicines reduce graft survival, so your plan tells you what to pause and when.
