Techniques
Grafts are taken one by one, then sapphire-tipped blades open very fine channels for them. Smaller channels allow denser placement.
An implanter pen opens the channel and places each graft in one movement, giving close control over angle and direction.
Our signature plan
When one session is not enough to cover the whole area, the work is split into two sessions of DHI or Sapphire FUE on consecutive days, so more coverage is possible in a single trip, with one recovery.
Your graft count is decided by your donor area, never by a target number. Not everyone needs, or can safely give, 6,000–7,000 grafts: the medical team tells you honestly in your written plan.

Grafts, explained
A graft is a follicular unit: a natural group of 1 to 4 hairs. Most grafts carry more than one hair, so more hairs are moved than the graft count. The number you need depends on the area to cover and on what your donor area can safely give.
Not everyone needs, or can safely give, 6,000–7,000 grafts. The medical team tells you honestly what is right for you.
Procedure day
A procedure usually takes 6–8 hours, depending on the number of grafts. You are awake, comfortable and can take breaks.

Hair grows in cycles, so results arrive gradually. Knowing the timeline in advance makes the waiting easier.
Risks, honestly
A hair transplant under local anaesthesia is a well-established procedure, but no medical procedure is free of risk. Possible effects include temporary swelling, numbness, itching and inflamed hair follicles, and rarely infection or lower graft survival. Smoking and some medicines reduce graft survival, so your plan tells you what to pause and when.
Good to know. We would rather decline a procedure than accept a patient whose donor area or health makes a good result unlikely. That protects you and us.

The procedure is done under local anaesthesia, so the treated areas are numb while the team works. Some tenderness in the first days afterwards is normal, and you leave with written aftercare.
